HMS Purbachal City has been built up within Government’s well planned megacity project “RAJUK Purbachal New Town”. Which is located in 180 feet Asian bypass & sector 30 Zinda park. Our HMS Purbachal City is located near sector 30 zinda park and from 180 feet Asian bypass the distance is 800 meter.
Civic Facilities
HMS Purbachal City is covered with all the civic amenities of a government project as per RAJUK norms. There are children’s parks with state-of-the-art facilities, playgrounds and picturesque lakes. The project has English and Bengali medium schools, colleges and universities and all reputed educational institutions including medical colleges and hospitals. Infrastructural Facilities
The project will have closed circuit cameras, which will ensure the safety of the customers of the project. Necessary needs including roads, water, electricity, gas, telephone, post office, sewerage, fire service, police station/outpost will be met according to government and private policies. However, the company will fulfill the overall responsibility of solving all these tasks in time by communicating with the related institutions. Note that the land/site is earmarked in the project for the above mentioned infrastructure.
